About Lori Marrow
Lori Marrow has over 33 years of experience in the banking and mortgage industry. Born and
raised on the Peninsula, she has devoted her life to helping others obtain, and maintain home ownership by offering the best financial solution to meet the need of each qualified buyer. Lori is a graduate of Regent University with a Master's degree in Pastoral Counseling.

About Dave Marrow
Dave was born and raised on the Virginia Peninsula. After graduating from Denbigh High School, he went to work at Newport News Shipbuilding as a shipfitter. While at the shipyard Dave got the opportunity to attend The Apprentice School where he graduated a first-class mechanic shipfitter. Dave splits his time between sharing his trade skills and attention to detail to help maintain our nation's fleet at Norfolk Naval Shipyard in Portsmouth, VA and helping support M&M Mortgage Team as a loan originator.

About James Marrow
James is the son of Lori and David. He currently lives in Grapevine, Texas with his daughter, Sallie Naomi. James is an alumnus of Menchville High School and is currently a manager of Grimaldi’s in Grapevine. He is also takes pride in being able to help foster a path to home ownership as a licensed mortgage originator. James loves to collect and play guitars. He has played with the Clifton Hodges Munroe Project, a local group of musicians in the Grapevine area.

About Tiffany M. Seick
Tiffany is a licensed loan originator for M&M Mortgage Team and a licensed pharmacuetical technician working at Langley Air Force Base. Mother of one, she understands how stressful family, work, and personal life can be for military families (having experienced that life first-hand). Now living in Hampton, Tiffany graduated from Menchville High School in Newport News, Virginia, and is currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in psychology. Tiffany brings determination, charisma, organization and personability to our team.

About Mike Salka
The Navy brought Mike and his family to Hampton Roads in 2010, where they discovered what many have known for over 400 years, that Hampton Roads is awesome!!! He received a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from California Lutheran University in Thousand Oaks, CA. Before transferring to CLU, Mike played Division 1 football for George Allen at California State University, Long Beach. Mike enjoys flying, sports, shotgun shooting, and most of all spending time with his family. He combines personability with his experiences as a Navy Commander and airline pilot to the mortgage industry. With a fiduciary approach, he ensures that his client’s best interests are represented, and his methodical process learned in the cockpit ensure that your mortgage proceeds as required.
